Conditions of Use

Products in “new condition” may be returned to us within 30 days of placing an order. In order for products to be considered in “new condition”, they must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. All returns will be charged the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  Returns not accepted on customized items.

How to Return your item(s)

1.Securely package and protect item(s) to prevent damage during return shipping.

2.Include all paperwork, instructions, parts and accessories.

3.Call our Sales Representatives for assistance. They will gather your information and then call or email you back with:

A.  A “Return Authorization” number (RA #).

B.  Arrangements on how the item will be picked up.

FedEx Ground Returns (Generally items under 150 lbs.)

A.  A call tag number will be issued in addition to the return authorization. Write on the outside of each box both numbers. If you are returning multiple itmes each box will have a unique call tag number, but the same return authorization number.

B.  Leave the item(s) on your doorstep and Fedex will pick the item(s) up.

LTL Shipment Returns (Large items such as sheds, play sets, tables, etc.)

A.  You will be given a phone number of the freight company’s local terminal. You will be able to arrange a time for the product(s) to be picked up.

B.  A Bill of Lading will be issued. Print this document and give to the freight company at time of pickup. The RA # should be listed on this document.

Receiving Your Refund

Our Online Store will process refunds upon receipt of the returned items(s). Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was originally used to purchase the product. The total refund amount will be the total amount paid minus return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee on total product cost. The refund will include any appropriate sales taxes paid. Please note that it can take 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement after it has been issued by Our Online Store.

  1. Product Cost: $100
  2. Shipping: $20
  3. Restock Fee: $15
  4. Refund: $65

Items Damaged in Shipping

Please open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. You will have 10 days from the day you receive your order to make claims for any item damaged during shipping. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment will be denied. For assistance with your claim, please call our Sales Representatives

Conditions of “Free Shipping”

Our “Free Shipping” covers all standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than and/or Products. Free shipping is only valid for full products and not for parts ordered through customer service. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
